Mark Reiken – Managing Director
Mark the Managing Director of CTi002 has a vision for the direction of web technologies and CMS applications. Mark has become a leader in a highly competitive industry by combining successful management and implementation of technologies and marketing.

Also being the Managing Director and CEO of mBill, Mark brings sales, marketing and management experience from the computer hardware, Internet and wireless development industries. Prior to starting mBill in 2002 Mark was the managing director of Intime Technologies, a computer hardware company, where he assisted in the growth, marketing and distribution of their products.

With an extensive list of industry contacts in both Australia and abroad, and having conducted undergraduate studies at the Queensland University of Technology in Electronic Commerce & Data Communications, Mark is the driver of the business its strategy and growth.

David Culwick – Head of Development
David is responsible for the development and maintenance of the CTi002 systems. He has been with the company since its inception and is a key part of the function of the business and its direction.

David holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and is currently studying for his Masters of Information Technology at Queensland University of Technology and has Graduate Certificates in Component Software and Web Services, Information Technology Management and Computer Networks.

Simon Collier-Baker – Software Engineer/Head of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Simon's primary role is the development and maintenance of the CTI002 systems. He is also responsible for CTi002's SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). Simon has been with CTi002 for over 2 years and in that time has become a valuable asset to the company.

Simon currently holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Information Systems) from Queensland University of Technology.

Tao Nelson – Systems Administrator/Software Engineer
For 2 years now Tao has been our Systems Administrator and is responsible for the maintenance all of CTi002's servers and databases. Tao is also a highly skilled software engineer and as such is responsible for the development of CTi002's systems.

Tao has a Bachelor of Computer Science (HONS) from The University of New England and has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years.

Marc Forbes - Art Director
Marc is an excellent print, web and multimedia graphic designer. He has a good understanding of many types of media and is able to take a concept from "print to web" effectively.

With a number of years in the print and Internet industry and excellent technical skills.
